Amit Khatkar, a licensed REALTOR® (BCFSA licence 175027) and the founder of Saga Homes Group at eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. Every agent recommended here is on that team. We do not rank or compare agents outside it.
Does it cost me anything?
No. There is no cost to you for using this site or speaking to one of our agents, and no agreement to sign to get a recommendation.
How is the list ordered?
Amit Khatkar leads every match as founder and first point of contact. The other agents shown are chosen and ordered by how well their stated specialisation fits your answers, and each card tells you the specific reasons it matched.
Will you sell my details to other agents?
No. Your details go to the agent you are matched with on our own team. We are not a lead broker and we do not sell contact information.
How do I check an agent is actually licensed?
Look them up yourself on BCFSA’s public register. It shows licence category, any conditions and any discipline history, for any real estate professional in British Columbia. We would rather you checked.
Do you publish sales statistics or reviews?
Not at present. Any transaction count, ratio or rating shown in real estate advertising in BC has to carry its source, date and qualifying information, and we would rather publish nothing than publish something we cannot substantiate.
